About Lesley:
I partner with construction teams, on site, to improve collaboration and accountability insuring successful project outcomes! Through coaching, I can help uncover blind spots, strengthen leadership skills and change behaviours that can directly impact business results. Professional coaching helps support and grow leaders, especially as they transition into new roles, face new challenges, or prepare to take on more responsibilities.
My training from an ICF accredited coaching program , paired with my knowledge and experience on construction sites allows me to enter job sites and provide meaningful support to your people! Every contractor’s vision is to enhance the quality of the experience for all trades on site as a true collaboration increases productivity and quality while potentially reducing costs.
I have both an Architecture and Interior Design degree from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). I practiced in NYC primarily working in large firms (HOK, Swanke Hayden Connell, Space and IA). My responsibilities ranged from drawings, client liaison, to project management for large corporate projects.
I launched my own residential design firm in 1996 in London. I have worked on over thirty sites both in London and throughout continental Europe where I was responsible for all design work and site supervision. This required strong skills in coordination of people, timing and delivery of materials. Teamwork was the means to a successful end!
Through my professional coaching I can work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to address your challenges and needs, deal with the unexpected and increase effectiveness on site.
I look forward to being a part of your future success!
