What I do:
I coach leaders in the construction industry to increase productivity and effectiveness in their work. Through coaching I can help uncover blind spots, strengthen leadership skills, and change behaviours that can directly impact business results. Professional coaching helps support and grow leaders, especially as they transition into new roles, face new challenges, and prepare to take on more responsibilities.

I partner with construction teams, on site, to improve collaboration and accountability insuring successful project outcomes! Every client and every project are different. That is why you need to offer a variety of innovative, effective, and strategic client solutions to support the completion of your project on time and on budget. From pre-construction to sustainable construction strategies, projects need to be completed with a strong focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction every time.
Why I am passionate about it:
Having been in the Interiors industry for the last 33 years I see the need and benefit of building strong relationships on site in order to meet stakeholders' expectations.
